Ingredients 1 cup Mixed vegetables (Chow chow, Cabbage and Beans) 2 carrots 1 potato 1/4 kg shelled peas 1 onion, chopped fine 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1bunch coriander leaves for garnishing Salt to Taste Paste 4-5 green chillies 1 tbs roasted gram dhal 1/4 tbs peppercorns 3 tps coriander seeds powder 1 tbs cumin seeds 1 small stick cinnamon 2-3 cloves For Tempering 1 tps mustard seeds 1 red chilli, halved 1 tbs black gram dhal 1/2 tbs asafoetida powder. A few curry leaves Method Chop the mixed vegetables, carrots and potato to 1/2 inch size Grind all the ingredients for the paste in a raw state and set aside. Heat the pan and add all the ingrdients for tempering. When the mustard seeds splutter, add the chopped onion and saute for a couple of minutes add the chopped vegetables, peas, salt, turmeric powder and sufficient water. Simmer till the vegetables are tender. Paste

4-5 green chillies
1 tbs roasted gram dhal
1/4 tbs peppercorns
3 tps coriander seeds powder
1 tbs cumin seeds
1 small stick cinnamon
2-3 cloves

For Tempering

1 tps mustard seeds
1 red chilli, halved
1 tbs black gram dhal
1/2 tbs asafoetida powder.
A few curry leaves

Method

Chop the mixed vegetables, carrots and potato to 1/2 inch size
Grind all the ingredients for the paste in a raw state and set aside.
Heat the pan and add all the ingrdients for tempering. When the mustard seeds splutter, add the chopped onion and saute for a couple of minutes
add the chopped vegetables, peas, salt, turmeric powder and sufficient water. Simmer till the vegetables are tender.
Add the ground paste and simmer for a couple of minutes
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with phulkas

North India Wildlife Packages, By Overnight train. Proceed to visit Taj after breakfast. Enjoy battery van ride to the Taj.
You will be transferred to station for train to UMARIA. Overnight will be on train.

Day 08: Arrive at Bandhavgarh

Reach UMARIA and transfer to Bandavgarh. Reach and enjoy breakfast.
Overnight will be in the lodge.

Day 09: Bandhavgarh
Breakfast will be at the resort. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle. (Two safaris with lunch break in-between)
Overnight will be at the resort.

Day 10: Bandhavgarh
Breakfast will be in the lodge. Proceed for full day game viewing inside the jungle.

Day 11: Bandhavgarh - Kanha
By Road 255 km in 6 hr After breakfast drive to Kanha.
Reach in the afternoon and relax at the resort.

Day 12: Kanha

Day 13: Kanha - Nagpur
By Road 240 km in 5 hr Proceed for the morning safari into forest.
Proceed to NAGPUR after lunch. Reach and relax at the hotel. Overnight will be at Nagpur.

Day 14: Nagpur - Delhi
Breakfast will be at hotel. Transfer to airport for flight to Delhi. Spend day relaxing at the hotel or spending time at local markets. Overnight will be at Delhi.

Day 15: Delhi - Home
Proceed for a day tour of Delhi after breakfast.
Transfer to airport in time for flight home.
