Original cabbage soup diet

The Soup Diet is based on a fat-burning soup that contains negligible calories. The more soup you eat the more weight you should lose.

It allows people to eat as much Cabbage Soup as they want each day, which should sound appealing to dieters. After all, dieters love to hear that they can eat unlimited amounts of food and still lose weight fast.

The Diet relies on eating strange and bizarre combinations of food that nearly force you to starve each day. Dieters are allowed all the water and cabbage soup they want, plus a very restricted set of other foods.

The cabbage soup diet is only intended to be used for 7 days at a time, with a minimum of two weeks in between repetition.

Cabbage Soup Diet - Day One:
Day one of the diet allows you to eat all of the fruit that you like, excluding bananas. You are only allowed to eat fruit and cabbage soup. You can drink water, cranberry juice and unsweetened tea.

Cabbage Soup Diet - Day Two:
Day two of the diet allows you tea eat all of the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables that you like, avoiding dry beans, peas and corn. Green leafy vegetables are the best. Once again, you are only allowed to eat vegetables and cabbage soup; except you may eat a baked potato with butter for dinner if you wish.

Cabbage Soup Diet - Day Three:
Day three of the diet is a mixture of day one and day two. Strictly eat vegetables, fruit and cabbage soup.

Cabbage Soup Diet - Day Four:
Day four of the diet you may eat up to eight bananas, and drink as many glasses of skim milk as possible. This is all you may consume today except for the cabbage soup.

Cabbage Soup Diet - Day Five:
Day five of the diet allows you to eat beef and tomatoes. Your goal should be to eat 10 - 20 ounces of beef. You may substitute baked or broiled chicken without skin, or broiled fish. You also want to eat up to 6 tomatoes. Don't forget your cabbage soup. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water - at least 8 glasses!

Cabbage Soup Diet - Day Six:
Day six of the diet lets you eat beef and vegetables. Eat all of the beef, vegetables and cabbage soup that you like!

Cabbage Soup Diet - Day Seven:
Day seven of the diet lets you eat brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables as well as your cabbage soup. Once again, green leafy vegetables are the best!

INCREASE HEIGHT AND WEIGHT

The bone structure must remain elastic if one is to become taller. One must take exercise regularly. I suggest the following exercises will help one gain height:

(i) Stand in an open space in attention position. In hale deeply through the nose and extend yours arms lifting then slowly up to your shoulders. Keep your arms straight. Hold that position for
some time and then take the arms backwards as far as they will go. No inhale again the release your breath slowly, resuming the former position.

(ii) Stand with your arms straight at right angles to your body. Lift the arms vertically and then bring them to the level of the shoulders. Do not exhale in the process, but stand on your toes, lifting your heels as far as they will go. Exhale slowly after some moments and resume the earlier position.

(iii) Extend your arms forward up to the level of the shoulders. Inhale and fill your lungs to about one-third of their capacity. Wait for a few moments and then take your arms above your head. Now move them in a circular motion-taking them behind your back and in the former position again. Exhale slowly.
