Theres another thing I don't do in my diets, don't take the day of diets(not proper name) Well, in those diets you basically take a day off to eat whatever you want or 'reward yourself'. The thing with that is that you are rewarding yourself with things you shouldn't even be eating. And for me evgen if say I did good this week, can eat a piece of cake one small peice. For the next three days will be eating cake, and not exercising.So make sure you eat healthy.It shouldn't be temporary. Also replace bad foods with healthy foods.Like replaced every snack food I eat with 100 cal. 50 cent yougurt.And Its like really good.
