A question inevitably arises about whether it's wise to choose a low carb diet meal plan these days. When you think of low carb diet plans, you immediately think of fad diets, and most people zero in on the Atkin's Diet.

One of the problems people face when choosing lo carb plans is the constant hunger contrary to their claims. I can tell you from experience I used the Atkins diet twice in my life, and both times I did lose weight drastically, but as soon as I came off the diet I gained all the weight back and more within a month!

The risks of being on one of these plans is just not as wise as using a diet which lets you lose weight drastically while preserving your health; today, there is no need to starve your body of carbohydrates with all the great, healthy diet programs available.
