Cabbage and chicken soup diet

Ingredients

* 4 cup(s) water
* 3 cup(s) broth, chicken, fat-free, salt-free

* 2 cup(s) tomato(es), chopped
* 1/2 stalk(s) celery, chopped

* 4 onion(s), green, chopped with tops

* 1 potato(es), peeled and diced
* 1 bay leaf

* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon thyme

* 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
* 3 cup(s) cabbage, shredded
* 1 cup(s) chicken, cooked, chopped
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 2 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

1. In a large soup pot, combine the water, broth, tomatoes, celery, onion, potato, bay leaf, salt, thyme, and caraway seeds.

2. Simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Add the cabbage, chicken, lemon juice, and sugar. Remove the bay leaf and serve.

Cabbage chicken soup diet

* Day 1: any fruit except banana in any amount.
* Day 2: vegetables including a baked potato in any amount
* Day 3: fruits and vegetables except potato.

* Day 4: maximum of eight bananas along with skimmed milk.
* Day 5: six tomatoes along with a maximum of 20 ounces of beef, chicken or fish.
* Day 6: unlimited beef, chicken or fish
* Day 7: brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juice.

Burning fat soup diet

6 Large green onions
2 Green peppers
1-2 Cans - diced tomatoes, or 1-28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
1 Bunch - Celery
1 Package - Lipton Onion Soup Mix or Chicken Soup Mix
1-2 Cubes of Bouillon, if desired
1 Head - Cabbage
Salt, Pepper, Parsley, etc. to taste

Cut Vegetables into small to medium pieces and cover with water (V-8 juice can also be used). Boil fast for ten minutes, reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.

Eat as much as you want.......whenever you want.......any time of the day. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose.

Cabbage chicken soup diet

DAY ONE: All fruits, except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruit you want. Cantaloupes and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruit. Eat only your soup and fruit for the first day. For Drinks, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water.

DAY TWO: All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At Dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato without butter. Do not eat fruit today.

DAY THREE: Mix Day One & Day Two. All the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.

DAY FOUR: Bananas and Skim Milk. Eat as many as eight Bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, and so is the milk, but on this particular day of the diet, your body will need potassium and carbohydrates, protein and calcium to lesson your cravings for sweets.

DAY FIVE: Beef and tomatoes. Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water today to wash the citric acid from the body. Eat your soup at least once today.

DAY SIX: Beef and vegetables - eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks, if you want - with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once today.

DAY SEVEN: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Again, stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once today.
