* 1 fruit, such as 1-1/4 cup melon (watermelon or cantaloupe) cubes

* 1 milk, such as 1 cup skim milk

Evening Snack:

* 1 bread, such as 3 (2-1/2 inch) squares graham crackers

* Tagliatelle - 100g raw
* Olive oil - 10ml
* Bacon - 60g
* Onion chopped - 75g
* Broccoli - 150g
* Cheese - 50g cubed
* Fresh Parsley chopped - 1 tsp

Method: 1200 calorie diet recipes

1.Cook pasta for 10 minutes in salted water until tender.
2. Heat oil in pan and cook chopped bacon for 2 minutes. Add the onion and broccoli, stir fry for 5 minutes. The broccoli should be tender.
3.Drain pasta and mix it well with bacon, onion and broccoli. Add cheese and parsley then mix well and serve immediately.
